"OOS"
This is a great tasting tea designed to reduce the inflammation cascade in the body.
Into Boiling Water Add About 3-4 Tablespoons of Fresh Ginger Root, Peel the Ginger then Slice or Grate into small pieces, it's best to Place the Ginger in a Tea Infuser but if you don't have one slicing it makes it easier to Strain the Ginger out afterward. Add to this About 4 Bags of Green Tea and/or your Favorite Herbal Tea Flavor. You then may Sweeten to taste with Stevia or Honey.
